Colorado Tomato Puff

This puff is from Lindsay’s heart! Marinated local Colorado cherry tomatoes layered with an herbed ricotta spread and dill weed on a delicate puff pastry. This reminds me of tomato soup and grilled cheese, but even better! What can be more fall than soup!?
