Ham & Gruyere Croissant

      This croissant is filled with a caramelized onion bechamel, hefty amounts of Black Forest Ham, and hefty amount of Gruyere Cheese!  We basically doubled the filling from the previous croissant so there is cheese and ham melted through the rolls!

      Gruyere is a cheese that is native to Switzerland (Swiss Cheese! But not the American version with holes…) The cheese we source is from Austria and is aged for at least 12 months.  Gruyere can be aged anywhere from 5 months to 24 months, and the price and flavor will change dependent on the aging process.  It’s an awesome flavor pair with the ham!
