This is a Coloradans dream snack. Dreamed up by sous chef Alyssa, the anaheim chiles and corn are both Colorado grown products. Spiced with some Mexican Street Corn Seasoning and topped with honey butter, these may be your new addiction. Did you know that peppers are considered a fruit?
