Peach season is about over - but thankful for a long season even though it wasnt as fruitful as hoped. We ordered some extra peaches to make a Peach Bourbon Jam (one of my personal faves), and used Laws Bourbon (Denver!) which creates a lovely end of summer treat. Combined with a five spice walnut streusel and a buckwheat crust, it is the most delightful End of Summer, (or Fall) option!
