This cake is made with a first pressed Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil - it really brings a gorgeous flavor to a moist cake that is made with AP flour, House milled Windy White Grains, and Almond Flour.. We further that taste with thyme infused milk and fresh thyme leaves mixed throughout. It is baked, and then glazed with a Strawberry Glaze, made with a Thyme infused cream, and boosted with Lemon to brighten the profile.
