Earl Grey Tea Cake

This is a gluten friendly option that encompasses all the flavors of a london fog.  Earl grey, milk, vanilla, honey. YUM!  We start with a gluten free earl grey cake, and once that is baked we poke holes in the cake and glaze it with a honey lemon syrup to assist in moistening the cake.  Finished off with a decadent earl grey glaze that is perfection
